PURCHASE CRITERIA

• Single Family Homes
• Concrete Block Homes
• Built after 1980
• 2+ bedrooms and 1+ bathrooms
• Between 800 and 2,000 square feet
• Public sewer and public water, not wells or septic tanks
• Central HVAC systems, no window units
• No Pools
• No Flat roofs
• We only buy in the following Florida counties: ORANGE, LAKE, OSCEOLA, SEMINOLE, VOLUSIA 
• We already have access to MLS.  So you can send us those deals also, but we most likely have already seen them.
